செய்முறை:

வாழைப்பூவை நரம்பை நீக்கி சுத்தம் செய்து, பொடியாக நறுக்கி கொள்ளவேண்டும். நறுக்கிய பீவை மோரில் போட்டு வைப்பதால் அவை கருத்துவிடாமல் இருக்கும். பூண்டு, சீரகம், சோம்பு, தேங்காய் துருவலை விழுதாக அரைத்து கொள்ளவும்.
