69-வது குடியரசு தின விழா; சிறப்பு பார்வை

இந்த வருடம் 69-வது குடியரசு தின விழா கொண்டாடப்பட்டுகிறது. இந்தியாவில் சுமார் 200 நுற்றாண்டுகளுக்கும் மேல் நீடித்து வந்த ஆங்கில ஆட்சியை முடிவுக்குக் கொண்டுவரும் நோக்கில், தேசிய அளவிலும், மாநில அளவிலும், பல கழகங்களையும், புரட்சிகளையும், அகிம்சை வழியில் பலப் போராட்டங்களையும் நிகழ்த்தி தன்னுடைய குருதியையும், தேகங்களையும் தமது தாய் நாட்டிற்காக அர்பணித்த தேசத் தலைவர்களையும், வீரர்களையும்,  புரட்சியாளர்களையும் நினைவுக்கூரும் நாள், ‘குடியரசு தினம்’ ஆகும்.

ஆங்கில ஆட்சியை முடிவுக்குக் கொண்டு வந்து, 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 15 ஆம் நாள் இந்தியா விடுதலைப் பெற்றது. இந்திய விடுதலைக்குப் பிறகு,  மக்களாட்சி மட்டுமே ஒரு நாட்டின் சிறப்பான வளர்ச்சிக்கு அடையலாம் எனக் கருதி, டாக்டர் பி. ஆர். அம்பேத்கர் தலைமையில் இந்திய அரசியல் சட்டம்  நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டு, 1950 ஜனவரி 26 முதல் குடியரசு தினமாகக் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

அத்திருநாளில் தமது தாய் நாட்டினை அந்நியர்களின் பிடியிலிருந்து காப்பாற்றி, பாரத மண்ணில் ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனும் சுதந்திரக் காற்றை சுவாசிக்க பாடுபட்ட தியாகிகளை நினைவுக்கூரும் வகையில் விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்பட்டு, நாடெங்கும் அனைத்து பள்ளிகளிலும், கல்லூரிகளிலும், அலுவகங்களிலும் தேசிய கீதம் பாடி கொடியேற்றி, இனிப்புகள் வழங்கி கொண்டாடப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

1946 ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் மாதம் 9 ஆம் நாள் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியால் இந்திய அரசியல் நிர்ணய சபை கூட்டப்பட்டு, அதன் தற்காலிகத் தலைவராக சச்சிதானந்த சின்கா என்பவரை நியமித்தது. ஆகஸ்ட் 15 1947 இந்திய விடுதலைக்குப் பிறகு, இந்திய அரசியல் நிர்ணய சபைத் தலைவராக டாக்டர் ராஜேந்திரப் பிரசாத் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். அவரே விடுதலை இந்தியாவின் முதல் குடியரசுத் தலைவராகவும் பொறுப்பேற்றார். அதன் பிறகு, இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு வரைவுக்குழு  அமைக்கப்பட்டு, டாக்டர் பி. ஆர். அம்பேத்கர் தலைமையில் இந்திய அரசியல் அமைப்பு சாசன் எழுதப்பட்டது. முகவுரை, விதிகள், அட்டவணைகள், பிற்சேர்க்கை, திருத்த மசோதாக்கள் போன்ற சிறப்பு அம்சங்களைக் கொண்டு நீண்ட ஆவணமாக எழுதப்பட்ட இந்த சாசனம், இந்திய அரசியல் நிர்ணய சபையால்  ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டு, மக்களாட்சியைக் குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்டு நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டதால், 1930 ஜனவரி 26 ஆம் நாளை நினைவுகூரும் வகையில் 1950 ஆம்  ஆண்டிலிருந்து ஒவ்வொரு வருடமும் ஜனவரி 26 ஆம் நாளை இந்திய தேசிய குடியரசு தினமாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
