ஜெ. வின் மரணம் தொடர்பாக விசாரணை ஆணையத்தில் சசிகலா சமர்பித்த பிரமாணப் பத்திரம் மூலம் துணை முதல்வர் ஓ.பி.எஸ்-க்கு சிக்கல் ஏற்பட வாய்ப்பிருக்கிறது எனக் கூறப்படுகிறது.
தர்மயுத்தம் நடத்திய ஓ.பி.எஸ், மருத்துவமனையில் தான் உட்பட ஜெ.வை யாரும் பார்க்கவில்லை எனவும், அவரது மரணம் தொடர்பாக விசாரணை நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என எடப்பாடி அணிக்கு முக்கிய நிபந்தனை வைத்தார். அதன்பின்னர் ஓய்வுபெற்ற நீதிபதி தலைமையில் விசாரணை ஆணையம் அமைக்கப்பட்டது. அதன் பின்னரே எடப்பாடி அணியுடன் ஓ.பி.எஸ் தனது அணியை இணைத்தார்.
