தொடரும் ஊழல்… விடியுமா தமிழகம்?

முன்னாள் முதலமைச்சர் ஜெ. ஜெயலலிதாவின் மீது சுமத்தப்பட்ட ஊழல் வழக்கில் அவர் மீதான குற்றச்சாட்டு நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டு சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டு பின்பு விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டார்.

அந்த வழக்கு கோர்ட்டில் நிலுவையில் இருந்து வந்த நிலையில் அவர் கடந்த 2016ம் வருடம் உடல்நிலை சரியில்லாத காரணத்தால் சென்னையில் உள்ள அப்பல்லோ மருத்துவமனையில் சேர்ந்து சிகிச்சை பெற்று வந்தபோது சிகிச்சை பலனின்றி இறந்தார்.

ஆனாலும் ஜெயலலிதா மீதும் அவரது உயிர்த் தோழிகளான சசிகலா, இளவரசி போன்றோர் மீதும் ஊழல் தொடர்பான வழக்கில் முக்கிய குற்றவாளிகளாகவும், கூட்டாளிகளாகவும் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு நீதிபதியால் முறையான விசாரணைகள் பலகட்டங்களாக நடத்தப்பட்டு, பல ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பின் குற்றம் நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டு சட்டத்தின் கண்களில் பாரபட்சம் இல்லாதபடி விலங்கு மாட்டி கைதிகளாக பெங்களூர் பரப்பன அக்ரஹார சிறையிலும் அடைக்கப்பட்டனர் என்பது எல்லோரும் அறிந்ததே.

அதன் மூலம் மக்களுக்கு நீதித் துறையின் மீது உள்ள நம்பகத்தன்மையும் அதிகரித்துள்ளது. தமிழகத்தில் மாத்திரமல்ல ஒட்டு மொத்த இந்தியாவிலும் நீதித்துறை சமீப காலமாக பல அதிரடியான தீர்ப்புகள் வழங்கி அதை மெய்பித்துள்ளது.

நாட்டின் வளர்சியில் பங்குபெற்று உழைத்துச் சம்பாதித்து தன் சாப்பாட்டுக்கு வழியில்லை என்றாலும் அரசாங்கம் விதிக்கின்ற அத்தனை வரிகளையும் முகம் சுளித்தாலும் கூட சலிப்பில்லாமல் கட்டுகின்ற ஒவ்வொரு தேசியக் குடிமகனின் உண்ணதமான பணத்தை சுரண்டிக் கொள்ளையடிக்கும் முன் ஒவ்வொரு அரசியல்வாதியும் கட்டாயம் ஒருமுறையேனும் உளமாற சிந்தித்துத் தன்னை மறுபரிசீலனை செய்து பார்க்க வேண்டும். மக்களின் வரிப்பணம் என்பது பாரத அன்னைக்கு நம் தேசமக்கள் நம் தேசத்தின் உயர்வுக்காக அளிக்கும் காணிக்கை ஆகும்.

ஒருவேளை அப்படி கொள்ளையடிக்கத்தான் அரசியல் என்று முடிவெடுத்துவிட்டு வரும் ஊழல் அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு அந்த நீதியின் செங்கோள் தன் கடுமையான இரும்புச்சட்டம் கொண்டு அவர்களைச் சிறையில் தள்ளி நாட்டுக்குச் சீர்கேடான ஊழல் கொட்டத்தை அடக்க முயலும் என்பதை ஒருபோதும் மறந்துவிடக் கூடாது.
