இந்நிலையில் டெல்லியை சேர்ந்த பண்டி என்ற மனித மிருகம், அதே பகுதியில் உள்ள மன நலம் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட 12 வயது சிறுமிக்கு பாலியல் வன்கொடுமை அளித்துள்ளான். கொடூரத்தின் உச்சமாய், தன் இச்சை செயலை வீடியோவாக எடுத்து, சிறுமியின் பெற்றோருக்கு அனுப்பியுள்ளான். இதனால் அதிர்ந்துபோன சிறுமியின் பெற்றோர் காவல் நிலையத்தில் புகார் அளித்தனர்.
