ஆசிய வர்த்தகத்தில் எப்போதும் இல்லா அளவிற்கு துருக்கியின் நாணயமான லிராவின் மதிப்பு சரிவை கண்டுள்ளதையடுத்து அதுகுறித்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என துருக்கி உறுதியளித்துள்ளது.
நடவடிக்கைகளின் விவரம் குறித்து சிறிது காலத்தில் அறிவிக்கப்படும் என நாட்டின் நிதியமைச்சர், `ஹரியட்` செய்தித்தாளிடம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
திங்கள் காலை முதல் "நாங்கள் தேவையான நடவடிக்கையை எடுப்போம், சந்தையில் அது குறித்து அறிவிக்கப்படும்" என்று நிதியமைச்சர் பேரட் அல்பய்ராக் தெரிவித்தார்.
வெள்ளியன்று டாலருக்கு நிகரான லிராவின் மதிப்பு 20 சதவீதம் குறைந்தது. கடந்த வருடம் ஏற்கனவே அது 40சதவீதம் வரை சரிவை கண்டுள்ளது.
இதுகுறித்து நாடு துரிதமாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும் எனவும், இந்த வீழ்ச்சியால் பெரிதும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள வங்கிகள், சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர வர்த்தகத்திற்கான திட்டங்களும் அதில் அடங்கும் எனவும் நிதியமைச்சர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
நிதியமைச்சரின் இந்த அறிவிப்பு லிரா மதிப்பு வீழ்ச்சி நாட்டுக்கு எதிராக தீட்டப்படும் சதி என அதிபர் எர்துவான் அறிவித்ததையடுத்து வந்துள்ளது.
"இந்த பதற்றத்துக்கெல்லாம் காரணம் என்ன? பொருளாதார காரணங்கள் ஒன்றும் இல்லை. இது துருக்கிக்கு எதிரான நடவடிக்கை" என்று எர்துவான் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
மேலும் நாணயத்தின் மதிப்பு கூட்டுவதற்கு துருக்கி மக்கள் டாலர்களை விற்று லிராவை வாங்கி நாணயத்தின் மதிப்பை கூட்ட வேண்டும் என எர்துவான் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
"குறிப்பாக நான் உற்பத்தியாளர்களிடம் கோருகிறேன்: டாலர்களை வாங்க வங்கிகளுக்கு செல்லாதீர்கள்…இந்த நாட்டை பேணுவது உற்பத்தியாளர்களின் கடமையும்கூட" என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
லிராவின் மதிப்பு ஏன் வீழ்ச்சியடைகிறது?
லிராவின் மதிப்பு சரிந்து வருவது குறித்து பொருளாதார நெருக்கடியை குறிப்பதாக பொருளாதார வல்லுநர்கள் அச்சமடைந்துள்ளனர்.
துருக்கியின் பங்குச் சந்தை 17 சதவீதம் குறைந்துள்ளது ஆனால் அரசு வாங்கும் பங்குகள் ஒரு வருடத்தில் 18 சதவீதம் வரை உயர்ந்துள்ளது என பிபிசி உலக சேவையின் பொருளாதார செய்தியாளர் தெரிவிக்கிறார். அதே சமயம் பணவீக்கம் 15 சதவீதமாக உள்ளது.
கட்டுமானத் துறைகளில் லாபம் ஈட்டுவதற்காக கடன் வாங்கிய துருக்கிய நிறுவனங்கள் அந்த கடனை டாலர்களிலும் யூரோக்களிலும் திரும்ப செலுத்துவது கடினமாக இருக்கும் என முதலீட்டாளர்கள் கவலை தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
